How many times have you looked high and low for new activities to teach language or pre-academic skills? Here is your answer! This book will provide the reader with new and innovative activities to teach children those invaluable skills.  And the best part is these activities are fun!

This book is carefully written for professionals who want to create unique and effective activities using the Picture This software which can be altered for any student's need. It is specifically designed for speech pathologists along with preschool, kindergarten, first grade and special education teachers who want to ignite fun and enjoyment while teaching young children important language and pre-academic skills. The activities are geared to save time, money and mind-work for the reader.

There are more than 20 activities that include detailed instructions with illustrations and game rules. Some of the activities even provide variations showing more than one way to play the game or activity for hours of fun!

Diane Adamé is a speech therapist with twenty-three years of experience. She started out working with the Lakota Sioux on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Adamé then returned to her home state of Michigan where she worked with preprimary impaired children for fourteen years. Currently, she is working with local head start programs assisting teachers in providing special  education services for all developmentally delayed preschoolers.
